As a holding company, IIRM Holdings invests in various group companies involved in insurance distribution, wellness services, and insurance staffing and skill development services. The group comprises 7 companies, each specializing in a different area within this spectrum of services.
Subsidiaries and Associates engaged in Insurance Distribution are Regulated by the respective Regulators in their respective Geographies. The Group currently operates in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Kenya through entities in respective countries.
The group is promoted by Mr Ramakrishna who is a Chartered Accountant by profession and backed by a Leadership team and Board with impeccable reputation and vast experience in the fields of Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, Wellness and Skill Development. The group strongly believes in having a stable and empowered team and has given stake in the Group to Senior Leadership team and to all long serving team members.
The group currently employs over 500+ people across geographies and handles over USD 195+ Mn Annual Premium.
