Ramakrishna Vurakaranam is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of Corporate Experience prior to founding IIRM Holdings Group and India Insure. His passion for Institution building ,Team work and Technology driven Customer service drives the group.
He pioneered the Licensing of Insurance broking in India and actively lobbied for getting the Regulation passed in parliament. Championing the cause of Insurance broking was crusade for him and he actively propagated the concept in media in conferences and in all public forums. He was an active participant of Insurance brokers Association of India and Director for 2 terms.
His vision to build an employee listed organization has come good with the group holding company being listed on the Mumbai Stock exchange. He is actively pursuing his dream of taking the India Insure's model beyond the shores of India by setting up insurance broking operations in Sri Lanka, Maldives and Kenya with plans for a few other countries in pipeline.
An insurance veteran of over 35 years’ experience in the industry spanning from domestic behemoth New India Assurance Company to being MD & CEO of GIC Re South Africa Ltd.
He started his career with New India Assurance Co. in 1981 and rose to become an Asst. General Manager by 2006. In between he also served for 5.8 years as Country Manager, Kuwait for New India Assurance.
Thereafter he was appointed MD & CEO of Prestige Assurance, Nigeria for 4 years looking after the overall management of the insurance company. He returned to India to become General Manager in National Insurance Company and then became the Director & GM at GIC.
He was the founding MD & CEO of GIC Re South Africa Ltd in 2014 and successfully operated the company obtaining a global BB+ S&P rating and A+ national rating. The company achieved a stupendous 40% growth in GWP in the first year of its operations.
An insurance broker since 2003, Rama Mohana is an MBA with experience in different verticals in PRMA Credit & Liability areas. He has worked with global insurance broking companies like Marsh and Willis Towers Watson before branching out on his own in 2021. In Willis Towers Watson, he was Executive Vice President handling the Property & Casualty Vertical of insurance broking.
Venkata Ramudu Jasthi, aged 65 years, retired as Director General of Police of Andhra Pradesh in July 2016. He was the First DGP of newly formed State of Andhra Pradesh. He held various senior positions in the Government. He was Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Police Housing Corporation from 2010 to 2012.

• Antrik Suraksha Seva Pathak in 2004 and
• President Police Medal in 2007.
He worked as an IRS officer in Income Tax Department for 2 years before he was selected for IPS. He also had a stint in Orissa PHC to pull it out of red, as Director Specially appointed by Orissa Governor. He is a Philanthropist. He is running a school for around 600 students in his native village Narsimpally, in Anantapur District. He developed his village as a Model Village by providing Drinking Water Facilities, Primary Health Care Centre, Roads, Temples, Grameena Bank, Rural Skilled Development etc. He is vigorously working to get Irrigation Canals to the neighbouring villages. He has rich and varied experience in community services.

Mr V G V S Sharma is an experienced Risk and Advisory professional with close to 35 years’ experience across various industries and consulting domains that included 20+ years in senior leadership roles.
His areas of specialization / expertise include finance and accounting, enterprise risk management, internal audit, fraud management, consulting, corporate governance, business financial process design and controls, process automation, designing and developing governance and compliance related framework with good knowledge of IT application architecture and Information Technology related risks.
His industry experience spans Manufacturing, IT/ ITES, FMCG, Telecom and Consulting. He is a passionate speaker at various fora on topics related to internal audit, enterprise risk management and fraud management. He is actively associated with ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) Central Council as member of expert study group for drafting revised internal audit standards. Serving as a faculty member of Institute of Directors that certifies Independent Directors and has been a member of the Board of Governors of the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) for the northern region.
During his distinguished career, Mr Sharma worked with various reputed organizations that included HCL Tech, Godrej GE Appliances, Aircel, Tata Timken, and Deloitte. His last assignment was with HCL Technologies Ltd between 2011 to 2022 as Senior VP and Head Internal Audit, from where he retired in 2022.

Amb Rahul Chhabra is currently Senior Advisor UNDP, Independent Board Director & member of Advisory Panels. He is also an International Guest Speaker at Conferences, Seminars & Universities across the globe & a strategic commentator on geo-political & geo-economic issues.
Amb Chhabra was Secretary (Economic Relations), Ministry of External Affairs until his retirement in July 2021, where among several tasks, he spearheaded India’s US $ 40 billion Development Partnership Program & guided EXIM Bank policies as Board member. In this role, he coordinated Indias positions in multilateral economic organizations including WTO, IBSA & ISA and planned & executed Investment and Trade promotion campaigns abroad.
Mr. Chhabra was High Commissioner to Kenya, Ambassador to Somalia and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), ensuring first ever adoption of 2 resolutions & United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), based in Nairobi (2018-20). As Ambassador to Hungary and Bosnia & Herzegovina (2015-18), he successfully promoted significant Indian investments into Hungary following Brexit.
At Headquarters, as Joint Secretary (Central Europe), he conceived and organized the first two editions of the India-Central Europe Business Forum which has now become a regular feature in the Indian business calendar. Among several other initiatives, he was also instrumental in focusing India’s foreign policy towards the Arctic and the V-4.
While earlier serving in New Delhi, he worked to promote foreign investment flows into India, having been part of India’s delegation to the World Economic Forum at Davos. Later, he served as Director for External Publicity at the Ministry of External Affairs, addressing India’s engagement and official communications at a global level and Director in the Foreign Secretary’s Office, coordinating policies & actions within the Ministry & across all Government of India departments.
Mr. Chhabra successfully delivered the Indian government agenda living across the Asia Pacific (China, Philippines, India), Europe (France, Belgium, Hungary, Bosnia & Herzegovina), United States and Africa (Kenya, Senegal, Mali, Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Cape-Verde, Gambia, Somalia).
Before joining the Indian Foreign Service, he worked in a leading bank, consultancy, market research agency and the Indian Audit & Accounts Service.
Education:Amb Chhabra holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours-Economics) from the prestigious St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, holds a Master of Arts (Economics) with a national scholarship, from the premier institute Delhi School of Economics. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, where he was placed on the Roll of Honour.
