The Company started originally as Foresight Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd in 2014 when it was acquired by IIRM Singapore. Subsequently IIRM Singapore acquired Finlay Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd in 2018 which was established in 1893 and the Foresight business was transferred to Finlay Insurance Brokers. In 2022 the Company was renamed as IIRM Lanka Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd.

IIRM Kenya is the youngest company in the group, incorporated in 2023 by IIRM Singapore. It is focused on Insurance and Reinsurance distribution in Africa. Having received insurance broking licences from the regulator for both Direct and Re-Insurance business, IIRM Kenya is poised to exploit the huge untapped business opportunity in the African Continent.

Formerly known as Evexia Solutions Private Limited. IIRM Wellness started commercial operations in 2012 as a wellness services provider to corporate customers. It is offering services on corporate wellness with special emphasis on services rather than just product-based solutions. Serves over 250 clients across various sectors, including NBFC/banking, manufacturing, power, and information technology. Delivers over 10 000 health check-ups and specializes in specialized activities every month. Has a network of 2000+ labs, diagnostic centers, family clinics, pharmacies.

Formerly known as I Share Business Services (INDIA) Pvt Ltd. Established in 2010, with a focus on offering a wide range of business process management services for the Insurance industry. IIRM Shared Services provides Human Resources, Technology Solutions and Business process outsourcing solutions to Insurance Companies , Brokers , Health Insurance Claims processors (TPA) , Wellness providers and Others.

IIRM Shared Services has been accredited to provide Skill Development in Insurance sector under the DDU GKY scheme of the Govt.of India and has trained over 1500 people in Insurance distribution. Manpower expertise spans various fields, including qualified medical professionals, accountants, insurance professionals, human resources specialists, technology experts, operational experts, communication and call center experts, data handling and analytics experts, and administration experts. The company has deployed more than 1000 experts across all insurance segments.
